Whether you're completely new to kayaking, you've tried it before and want to learn more, or you're an experienced paddler in need of honing more advanced skills and techniques, our qualified and experienced team of kayaking coaches can offer just what you need for a day of white water paddling.
We will start off on flat water, looking at basic skills such as moving your boat forwards and backwards, moving sideways, turning around and developing balance, before progressing onto white water, where you will learn how to transfer your new and existing skills to allow you to enter and exit out of the flow (breaking in and out), move the boat across the flow (ferry-gliding), run small rapids and more. This is a great intro to white water paddling and we promise you will want to come back and do more!
This experience lasts for around 7 hours.
