SUP Yoga has arrived at the closest beach to Central London!
This Hatha yoga class will build strength and flexibility whilst helping to develop a strong foundation. It will also improve your balance on a stand up paddle board and you will discover the healing power of practising yoga on the fluid element of the water.
This new popular way to practice yoga adds a whole new dynamic to a more traditional class and is perfectly suited to the tranquil waters just off our man made beach.
You don’t need to be experienced to attend and all the equipment is provided upon arrival.

These sessions are open to beginner and experienced participants alike
Yoga requires a degree of flexibility and balance. We'd also advise being a confident swimmer as it's likely you'll be falling in at some point!
You will be on the water with an experienced SUP yoga instructor
